A 3-day Pakistan International Property Housing and Construction Expo
2021 was held at Pak-China Friendship Centre, Islamabad from November
26 to November 28, 2021. Many real estate developers, builders, realtors,
designers, architects, buyers and sellers participated and attended the
expo. It was a privilege for Blue Arc to participate in the expo and play
our part in promoting economic activity, design, construction &
development sector, generate investment and provide people our real
estate services and products. Day 1 of Pakistan International Property
Housing and Construction Expo 2021 went really well.
Mr. Yasar Maqsood, CEO of Blue Arc received Mr. Sardar Yasir Illyas, CEO
and Group Director of the Centaurus mall at the Pakistan International
Property Housing and Construction Expo 2021 on day 2. Mr. Yasar invited
and welcomed Mr. Sardar Yasir Illyas at Blue Arc’s stall. A successful
meeting was also held between the two.
Chairman of RDA, Mr. Tariq Murtaza also visited the Pakistan International
Property Housing and Construction Expo 2021 and visited Blue Arc’s stall.
Mr. Yasar Maqsood, CEO Blue Arc expressed his appreciation and views
with Chairman RDA regarding Ring Road project and Nullah Lai
Expressway. Mr. Yasar also encouraged and acknowledged RDA's efforts
and projects that are all part of a larger plan and aim towards the
betterment of the city. Meeting among the board of directors of prominent
real estate companies of Rawalpindi and Islamabad was held as well.
Chairman RDA appreciated Mr. Yasar Maqsood’s (CEO Blue Arc)
suggestions and broad visions about the real estate sector and expressed
his wish for a meeting in the future.
Day 3 of the Pakistan International Property Housing and Construction
Expo 2021 was wrapped with team and CEO Blue Arc Mr. Yasar Maqsood
meeting Mr. Choudary Sheraz head of services Bahria Phase 1-6,
Rawalpindi/Islamabad. We are grateful to him for paying a visit to our
stall, appreciating our products and encouraging our services. An
organizers meeting was held at the last day of the expo. Many matters
were discussed regarding the real estate sector and the scope of its
development. Government policies were also appreciated for bringing a
boom to the construction and development sector.
